Ordering Information

  • Change of Copy : Add initial Set-up charge per color. The absolute minimum quantity per change of copy is the minimum quantity for the item.
  • Change of Imprint Color : $19.75[g] per color change. The absolute minimum quantity is the minimum quantity for the item.
  • Four Color Process : No Less Than Minimum. Pre-Production Proof is Required - First proof at no charge. PRODUCTION TIME APPROXIMATELY 10-15 WORKING DAYS.
    • Paper Printed Items - Unless otherwise noted in item description, $100.00[g] set-up per image, per side, plus $.25[c] each per image, per side (full bleed available).
    • White Pad Printed Items - $100.00[g] set-up per image, per side, plus $.48[g] each per image, per side.
    • Screen Printed Items - Contact your Quickpoint Account Executive for information.
  • Dimensions : All dimensions/imprint areas are listed as H x W.
  • Large Quantity Orders : Quickpoint requires a Pre-Production Proof on all end quantity and larger quantity orders - First proof at no charge. Please Allow Additional Production Time.
  • Proofs : Black and White Paper or Electronic Proof of finished artwork $9.50[g] each.
  • Less Than Minimum : $39.50[g]. Unless otherwise specified in item description, the absolute minimum for each product is one half of the minimum quantity.
  • Over Runs And Under Runs : Quickpoint reserves the right to over ship or under ship any order up to 5% of the quantity specified on the order. Every effort will be made to prevent under shipping on orders.
  • Exact Quantity : To ship exact quantity specified on order (No over or under runs) $15.00[g].
  • Special Product Colors : Contact your Quickpoint Account Executive for minimum quantities and pricing.
  • Production Time : 7 to 10 working days, unless otherwise noted in item description.
  • Cancellation Charge : Orders in process will be charged on the basis of labor and materials used. Minimum charge $40.00[g].

Shipping Information

  • Individual Mailing : Contact your Quickpoint Account Executive for information.
  • Drop Shipment : $8.00[g] for each additional destination.
  • Split Shipment : Catalog minimum quantity required per release, $10.00[g] each.
  • Special Packaging : Quoted on request.
  • Third Party Shipping : $5.00[g] handling charge per order when an order is shipped using an account number other than Quickpoints. Name, address and phone number of the account holder must be supplied with order.
  • F.O.B. : All prices shown are F.O.B. factory: Fenton, MO, Washington, MO or Russell, AR.

Art Information

  • Copy : Please see item description for imprint information. If color of copy or arrangement is not specified, we reserve the right to determine best arrangement and color.
  • Curved Copy : No charge if a standard type style is used (Click Here to see chart for font styles).
  • Artwork : Send email artwork to art@quickpoint.com. Vector based art is preferred with colors identified using the PMS system. If the artwork you have is a bitmap image (.bmp, .jpg, .gif and .tif) artwork charges may apply. If your artwork has halftones involved, depending on the printing application used on the item you order, the following settings of dot patterns will be used: Offset - 150 dpi, Silk-Screen - 65 dpi and Pad Print - 120 dpi. If you are unable to email your artwork, we require sharp, black and white print ready artwork. Good artwork is essential to producing quality products. Our graphics department is more than capable of reproducing your artwork sent if necessary.
  • Art Charges : If additional artwork is needed. Quickpoints art department is fully equipped to perform additional modifications at a rate of $85.00[g] per hour or by firm quotation. Quickpoint will provide up to 1 hour of free art time per order for touch up and minor modifications. Halftone Photographs— $39.50[g]. Photo in matte or dull finish is required. The quality of our halftone reproduction depends on the quality of the photo furnished.
  • Four Color Process : We require disk art, color transparencies or full color photos up to 8” x 10” for best four color reproduction. Color slides, negatives and printed samples may require additional charges.

Art Media/Specifications

  • Depending on the printing application used on the item you order, the following settings of dot patterns will be used:
    • Offset - 150 dpi
    • Silk-Screen - 65 dpi
    • Pad Print - 120 dpi
  • Sm@rt art : Quickpoint supports the use of industry standards for electronic artwork. See our website for futher details.
  • We REQUIRE Macintosh® Application Format.
  • E-Mail Art : Send e-mail artwork to art@quickpoint.com. The purchase order must be accompanied by a copy of art indicating color separations. See below for formats accepted. When sending artwork to Quickpoint, please place the purchase order number along with the item number in the subject area to expedite identification of your e-mail.
  • Programs Accepted : We are MAC based and cannot read all PC applications. In order to process your order efficiently, please use the following programs :
    • Macromedia FreeHand - Mac Version 10.0 or lower
    • Adobe® Illustrator® - Mac Version CS3 or lower
    • Quark XPress - Mac Version 7.0 or lower
    • Adobe® Photoshop® - Mac Version CS or lower (Save as tiff or eps formats)
    • We can also accept Corel Draw - IBM Version 3.0 or higher, but it will need to be exported as Adobe® Illustrator®, ai or eps file format.
  • Font Information : Convert Text to Paths (outline art). Text then becomes an object and cannot be edited as text. If this is not possible, send in all Screen and Printer Fonts used for all art.
  • Colors : When assigning a color to art or text, for process or spot colors, please use a PMS color. Add $30[g] for non-standard imprint colors. For standard imprint colors, see page 177.
  • File Information : Include all EPS and TIFF files that are used in creating the document. TIFF files are generally used with color images for 4 color process. Please send all files, including TIFF files, at high resolution to insure quality necessary for printing. We need a copy of all original files used in creating the document. Always keep a copy of the file(s). Please DO N O T send the only copy! Please include a Document report and a Preference file for the disk so that we can verify we have all of the information with your disk. All imported and linked files must be included with the composite file even if they have been embedded within the document. Quark files should include all imported support files in the same folder in order for the document to print correctly. Photo shop files should not be any lower than 300 dpi at final size. Please avoid using pict and jpg files since they generally produce low quality reproductions.
  • We are MAC based and are unable to use PC fonts. It is necessary to convert type to outlines when PC fonts are used. Please include the following information with your disk:
    • Directory showing the file(s) on the disk
    • Hard copy of the artwork and special instructions
    • Match print or color proof. These prints let us know what is included on the disk and all imprint information needed. If the above is not available. A camera proof will be required $9.50[g].
