Large Quantity Orders: QuickPoint requires a Pre-Production Proof on large quantity orders. Please allow additional production time.
Less Than Minimum: $75.00, the absolute minimum is half the minimum quantity. We require full case quantities with mugs.
Pre-Production Proof/Spec Sample: $90.00 each. Four Color Process: $180.00 per location
Over & Under Run: QuickPoint reserves the right to over ship or under ship any order up to 5% of the quantity specified on the order. Every effort will be made to prevent under shipping on orders. To ship exact quantity specified on order (No over or under runs) $15.00
Cancellation Charge: $50.00 plus parts and labor
Order Satisfaction: Please contact [email protected] within 30 days of invoicing with any concerns you have regarding your order. Please include a detail of your concern and pictures if possible. We find many of the concerns we receive are shipping related, so please ask your customer to keep the product in its original packaging. Please also note that all shipping claims must be made by the account holder of the account the order was shipped with, this might be your customer's account. We can help you with this when you contact us. We will not be able to address order corrections over 30 days.
Invoicing: Invoices will be emailed when your order is complete, unless you are on prepayment. Please be certain to include an email address on your order for these to be sent. We offer payment links on our invoices for your convenience. Please note that credit card payments will add a convenience fee of 3% Please note that any invoice not paid within 30 days may put a hold on your account.

Drop Shipment: $12.50 for each additional destination
Split Shipment: Website minimum quantity required per release, $25.00 each. Balance of order must ship within the calendar year.
Third Party Shipping: $5.00 handling charge per order when an order is shipped using an account number other than QuickPoint's. Name, address and phone number of the account holder must be supplied with order.
